Barber & Associates receives appraisal work from a variety of clients. As a BA contractor, you can choose which jobs you want, when you want, and how and when to work on them.

From what we can discern, we command some of the highest fees in our markets due to our collective experience and superior work product. Your compensation will be similar, i.e., based on your experience, licensure, and overall work product.

As a contractor, you are responsible for your own expenses. Barber & Associates realizes some savings due to economies of scale, which can be passed on to the contractor.

Barber & Associates is a big believer in passing on the body of knowledge to new appraisers.

Already have your Certified General license? You're ahead of the curve and your compensation will reflect that.
